CHN maintains networks of providers and hospitals. CHN is not an insurance company or claims administrator, therefore we do not pay claims.
The CHN Network will be utilized by many companies. Each company has their own set of benefits. You should either refer to your benefit book, your policy of insurance, plan documents or contact your benefits administrator to verify your benefits.
